However, not everyone needs them out—we take detailed X-rays to check how yours are developing and only recommend removal if they pose a threat to your oral health.

Our priority is your absolute comfort. During the procedure itself, you won’t feel pain because we thoroughly numb the area with a local anesthetic (you will only feel slight pressure). For surgical extractions like impacted wisdom teeth, we also offer dental sedation options so you can relax completely throughout the procedure. We’ll also walk you through a specific aftercare plan with pain management strategies for your recovery at home.

This depends entirely on the type of comfort care you receive. If your extraction is simple and only requires local anesthesia, you will be awake, alert, and safe to drive yourself home. However, because wisdom tooth removal is often a surgical procedure requiring dental sedation, you will likely feel drowsy afterward. In those cases, you must have a trusted friend or family member drive you home for your safety.
