Dr. Max Cook is a proud lifelong Dallas-Ft. Worth resident and is ecstatic to be serving dental patients in the area he has always called home. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry, he attended Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, to graduate with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
Education is a lifelong endeavor he fervently pursues. With a passion for teaching and learning, Dr. Max regularly tries to incorporate this in explaining treatments recommended for his patients. Staying at the forefront of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in dentistry is something Dr. Max Cook considers of paramount importance. He also keeps informed with the latest research and evidence in the field.
He wants his patients to feel included as part of the team so they can understand their situation and embrace the importance of what contributes to a long-term successful outcome. A person’s smile really is their most visible form of expression. Actively listening to patients express what their aims and goals are for their oral health makes it all the more rewarding when we are able to exceed expectations and achieve truly life-changing results.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys getting outdoors, growing in his faith, cheering on his favorite DFW sports teams, and spending time with his wife — who is also a practicing dentist. He is passionate about people and looks forward to getting to know you!
“Oral health has both a physical and emotional component, and I consider both these aspects when treating my patients. One of the greatest joys in dentistry is getting to know the patients and trusting me to treat them. This personal component of being a dentist — for me — is really what separates the field from most other health professions. Ultimately, this profession has been a tremendous blessing in my life, and the expression of my gratitude is pouring myself wholeheartedly into what I provide for my patients.”
